The G12 vision is a powerfull tool and strategy to help win souls and plant churches. Through this vision, we focus on training people to win souls, empowering them to participate in ministry and releasing them to start a new work, fulfilling our mission statement. The G12 vision encompasses the following steps. Win, Consolidate, Disciple and Send, which are realized as you participate in the School of Leaders. The 'School of Leaders' is a system of classes held all year round to facilitate individuals who desire to be a part of the vision. It involves the following Attend the Pre-Encounter classes to prepare for an Encounter which is held at least 4 times a year After returning from the Encounter, the Post-Encounter classes are held The three levels of the 'School of Leaders' classes then follow in succession Click here to listen to testimonies from recent encounters.
